Adding a Party to Your Lease

Adding a Pet to Your Lease
We understand that you wish to add a pet to the lease. It's possible we can agree to this request however, we will not be able to make a decision until you have completed a Pet Profile for the prospective pet. You can do this through PetScreening.com, our third party affiliate, here: https://allseasonscrmc.petscreening.com The pet application fee charged by the third party affiliate is also due at the time of application.
Should we agree to add the pet to the lease, your Property Manager will send you a Pet Addendum that will need to be completed, signed, and dated by all parties before being returned to our office. An additional $35 monthly pet rent and additional $300 in refundable security deposit will also be required and due upon return of the Pet Addendum.
We look forward to receiving your Pet Profile and getting a decision to you. PLEASE NOTE: Until we have a signed Pet Addendum, no unauthorized pets are allowed and hefty monetary penalties reflected in the lease apply if we discover an unauthorized pet is on site. Visiting pets are never allowed. -
