RENTAL APPLICATION FEE DISCLOSURE

All Seasons, LLC CRMC charges a rental application fee based on the average cost of processing rental applications.  All application fees collected are used to defray the administrative costs listed below.  

All Seasons, LLC CRMC regularly analyzes our rental application processing procedures to determine the time and costs associated with processing an application. All Seasons, LLC CRMC’s analysis includes the following items and average costs are determined per application:

• Labor (time of personnel to process and verify each application)
• Tenant Screening Report (Obtaining Screening Reports from third-party company)
• Overhead 

* Application fees may also be paid when submitting the application online. A separate processing fee is charged by the 3^rd party payment processor.   All Seasons, LLC CRMC receives no compensation from the 3^rd party processor.
